When preparing the octopus it isn't necessary to add cork or other secret ingredients. It is important that the octopus was frozen before cooking and that it was a «HE» rather than «SHE» outside of the winter period.

Following these rules, after 30 minutes of cooking in the «express pot», the properly washed octopus will melt in your mouth!
